چکیده
Gibberellic acid-stimulated in Arabidopsis (GASA), a unique small molecular protein of plants, plays an essential role plant growth and development. The GASA family genes have been identified studied many plants. However, the identification gene Cucurbitaceae species has not reported yet. Therefore, this study, based on available genome information species, 10 including cucumber (Cucumis sativus), watermelon (Citrullus lanatus), melon melo), pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata), wax gourd (Benincasa hispida), sponge (Luffa cylindrica), bottle (Lagenaria siceraria), bitter (Momordica charantia), chayote (Sechium edule), snake (Trichosanthes anguina) were with bioinformatics methods. To understand functions genes, expression pattern analysis different tissues stress responses also analyzed. results showed that total 114 which divided into three subfamilies. Synteny among cucumber, rice nine colinear 12 six genes. cis-acting elements implied contained cis-elements associated hormone response. Tissue-specific revealed only CsaV3_2G029490 was lowly or expressed all tissues, CsaV3_3G041480 highly other seven tissue-specific patterns. Furthermore, exhibited degrees regulatory response under GA, abiotic biotic stresses. Two CsaV3_3G042060 CsaV3_3G041480, differentially multiple stresses, indicated these two play important roles development cucumber.

Genome-Wide Identification of Two-Component System Genes in Cucurbitaceae Crops and Expression Profiling Analyses in Cucumber
Cucumber and watermelon, which belong to Cucurbitaceae family, are economically important cultivated crops worldwide. However, these crops are vulnerable to various adverse environments. Two-component system (TCS), consisting of histidine kinases (HKs), phosphotransfers (HPs), and response regulator proteins (RRs), plays important roles in various plant developmental processes and signaling tra...
متن کاملGenome-Wide Analysis of Homeobox Gene Family in Legumes: Identification, Gene Duplication and Expression Profiling
Homeobox genes encode transcription factors that are known to play a major role in different aspects of plant growth and development. In the present study, we identified homeobox genes belonging to 14 different classes in five legume species, including chickpea, soybean, Medicago, Lotus and pigeonpea. The characteristic differences within homeodomain sequences among various classes of homeobox ...
متن کاملThe catalase gene family in cucumber: genome-wide identification and organization
Catalase (CAT) is a common antioxidant enzyme in almost all living organisms. Currently, detailed reports on cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) CAT (CsCAT) genes and tissue expression profiling are limited. In the present study, four candidate CsCAT genes were identified in cucumber. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that CsCAT1-CsCAT3 are closely related to Arabidopsis AtCAT1-AtCAT3, but no obvious c...
متن کاملGenome-wide in silico identification and comparison of Growth Regulating Factor (GRF) genes in Cucurbitaceae family
Growth-regulating factor (GRF) genes play a regulatory role for plant growth and development. The recently available cucumber, melon and watermelon genomes provide an opportunity to conduct a comprehensive overview of the GRF gene family. In the present study, identification and analysis of the GRF gene family was conducted using bioinformatics methods. Totally, 24 potential GRF genes were iden...
متن کاملBioinformatics Genome-Wide Characterization of the WRKY Gene Family in Sorghum bicolor
The WRKY gene family encodes a large group of transcription factors that regulate genes involved in plant response to biotic and abiotic stresses. Sorghum is a notable grain and forage crop in semi-arid regions because of its unusual tolerance against hot and dry environments. We identified a set of 85 WRKY genes in the S. bicolor genome and classified them into three groups (I–III). Among the ...
